Inrush Current

Output Overload Protection

The overload protection point is approximately 120%~220% of the rated output power; the overload protection is an online power limiting and voltage reduction method; the short circuit protection is an online power limiting method.

UPS battery management function

An external battery (3-6AH capacity) is required as backup power. The system automatically switches to backup power when AC power is interrupted, with a switching time of ≤50ms. When AC power is normal, the system automatically switches back to AC power and manages the battery.

It features float charging capability for external batteries (3~6AH), and the battery has undervoltage protection (10V±0.6V) and short-circuit protection with automatic reset when discharging to a load. The battery short-circuit protection needs to be restarted after backup power is applied.

2) Output DC voltage ripple test: A parallel stranded wire with a length of 30cm and a cross-section of 1mm², with 0.1μF and 0.47μF capacitors connected to one end, was bypassed at the test point. The maximum peak-to-peak value of the main frequency ripple Vp-p100Hz and the maximum peak-to-peak value of the combined ripple Vp-pmax were measured respectively.
