Inrush Current

Output Overload Protection

The +12V overload protection point is approximately 105%~120% of the rated output power; the overload protection is an online current-limiting and voltage-reducing method; short-circuit protection requires input reset.

UPS battery management function

An external battery (5~30AH capacity) is required as backup power. When AC power fails, the system automatically switches to backup power with a switching time of ≤50ms. When AC power is normal, it automatically switches back to AC power and manages the battery (to enable the UPS function, BAT+ and BAT.SW need to be shorted).

It has the function of float charging external batteries (5~30AH), and the battery has undervoltage protection of 10V±0.6V and short circuit protection function with automatic reset when discharging to load.

2) Output DC voltage ripple test: A parallel stranded wire with a length of 30cm and a cross-section of 1mm², with 0.1μF and 0.47μF capacitors connected to one end, was bypassed at the test point. The maximum peak-to-peak value of the main frequency ripple Vp-p100Hz and the maximum peak-to-peak value of the combined ripple Vp-pmax were measured respectively.
